Please know that we schedule requests with priority on emergent items and in the order in which they are received. If your request is not the responsibility of the landlord, we will advise you accordingly. In addition, if your request results in a false alarm, there will be a trip charge of $30.00 during normal business hours and $60.00 if after-hours.
