Maintenance fixed our issues as needed but was a little inconsistent in response time which is understandable with a larger company especially during a pandemic and our needs were never emergent. Management was hands off, never bothered us and was available the majority of the times we contacted through email. To my surprise we received a full refund of security deposit even with two dogs in our townhouse. Like any rental property, if you leave it clean, follow the check out list, be respectful of the property, and follow the rules of the lease then you will have a pleasant experience in a beautiful, well priced home."
